As a 5th-generation Walla Wallan, Travis Watts has a deep-rooted connection
to the community and its real estate. Growing up in the rental home business
alongside his parents and grandparents, he has been surrounded by real estate
for as long as he can remember.
After earning his Business degree in Finance and Real Estate from Washington
State University, Travis worked at Whitman College as a Project Manager on
major campus projects, including the Penrose Memorial Library expansion and
renovation, Reid Campus Center construction, and the Science Building
renovation and expansion. He later served as Maintenance Supervisor, overseeing
and responsible for the upkeep of all campus properties.
Following his time at Whitman, Travis shifted into custom homebuilding and
investment property development. He also shared his expertise by teaching the
Carpentry program at Walla Walla Community College. His diverse background
spans real estate investment, land development, and property management—giving
him the tools to guide clients through every stage of buying, selling, or
investing.
For more than a decade as a Realtor, Travis has been proud to help clients
turn their real estate goals into reality—whether that means finding the
perfect home, navigating the sale of a property, or managing complex
transactions.
Outside of real estate, Travis enjoys spending time with his wife and two
young children. He coaches his kids’ soccer and baseball teams, loves boating
and snowmobiling, and currently serves on the Walla Walla Little League Board.
